FIXED

Santa icon instead of halloween in the event task window
Santa pack showing $25 cost fixed to $15 for it's actual cost
Music for santa/newyears should now work properly
Fishing nets should show proper values in the inventory section now
You can no longer close the runecrafting popup using the X button if the reroll window is active

BALANCED

Event tier will now affect your new years investments

VISUAL

Ore, Dust and Gem currencies into inventory (non-functional yet)
Cleaned up a few New Years event window issues and added some effects
